About Our Professionals
The founder and president of Southland Business Group is Ronald M. Seaman. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree from Hamilton College. Mr. Seaman is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (A.S.A.) in the American Society of Appraisers, Business Valuation Division; a Certified Business Appraiser (C.B.A.) in the Institute of Business Appraisers; and a licensed real estate broker. He has been employed for valuations by the Internal Revenue Service, and he has qualified as an expert witness in federal, state, bankruptcy and tax courts. The American Society of Appraisers has a mandatory recertification program for all of its Senior members every five years. Mr. Seaman is in compliance with that program.

She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Wooster. Ms. Seaman is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (A.S.A.) in the American Society of Appraisers, Business Valuation discipline; a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers; and a licensed Florida real estate broker/salesperson. The American Society of Appraisers has a mandatory recertification program for all its Senior members. Ms. Seaman is in compliance with that program.
